Our Student Community Service at St. Vincent De Paul

Community Service Experience “Creating The Habit of Giving Back”  Students will rotate through the Farm/garden, Food warehouse, Food prep Kitchen, Homeless resource center (hands-on interaction). Students will start designing their fundraising plan at the retreat and will present at least a $100 donation on the day of service.

Students were able to work in groups that allowed them to work on critical thinking and communication to create an idea that could potentially provide a service. Students were able to work on public speaking skills by presenting to others what they had created and how it was going to function.
